Who we are

Chelsea Removals provides removals and storage services across Chelsea and prime SW London (SW3/SW10) and to selected European destinations. For any privacy question, contact us at contact@chelsea-removals.uk.

What we collect

When you complete the enquiry form we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off addresses, an optional moving date and any notes you add. We only ask for what we need to prepare a quote and arrange your move.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, prepare a written quote, arrange and carry out your move, and keep in touch about that job. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

How it is handled

Your enquiry is transmitted securely to our booking system so the team can act on it. Access is limited to the people who need it, and discretion is a matter of course. We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the move and our legitimate business and legal records, then delete it.

Cookies & analytics

The site uses privacy-respecting analytics to understand how pages are used, and these only load once you accept cookies via the banner. If you decline, analytics are not loaded. The enquiry form is protected by reCAPTCHA to prevent spam, subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop using it, by emailing contact@chelsea-removals.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
